Talk about finding FREE music in unexpected places! Whatever your political leanings, you’ll find four MP3s by actress/songwriter Rebecca Pidgeon available for download at The Huffington Post.

I’ve never been a fan on her work on screen; I think her delivery is stilted and her acting is wooden. Moreover, I think many in Hollywood must think the same as she is really only featured in hubby David Mamet’s works. (Check her out in Heist and see a performance that would make anybody wince.) That said, the four songs I downloaded aren’t half bad, “Nasty Guy” being the best. This song in particular is evocative of early Fiona Apple. Other tracks from her forthcoming album include: “Candid Lady“, “Magazine” and just released today, “Cigarette“.
